Peter Arvo is a legal anthropologist and attorney. His research focuses on  comparative constitutionalism, democratization and Tibetan law. He currently serves as the Supervising Attorney for the Office of Tibet (Office of the Dalai Lama and Central Tibetan Administration) in Washington, D.C. and has worked as a post-graduate research fellow with the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives in Dharamshala, India. Before that Peter worked in political campaigns, the NY State Assembly, as well as the CDFI and music industries. He also mentors law students to develop strong daily practices for long-term growth.

Peter is currently pursuing a Masters in Tibetan and Himalayan Studies at the University of Oxford. He and his partner, National Geographic Explorer Munmun Dhalaria, reside between the UK and India.
